Located on the historic Elizabeth Street in Belgravia, Aesthetics Lab is a premier boutique Medi-Spa that required a design language as refined as its treatments. Our challenge was to take a clinical brief and translate it into a world-class luxury environment, ensuring clients felt they were entering an exclusive sanctuary rather than a standard high-street clinic.

Occupying a 1,500 sq ft Grade II listed building, we balanced contemporary aesthetics with the property’s heritage bones. The ground floor serves as a sophisticated retail and consultation hub, while the basement was reimagined as a series of tranquil, high-spec treatment rooms. By prioritizing soft textures, a calming palette, and seamless transitions, we created a “soft-luxury” atmosphere that has since become the hallmark of the brand, successfully rolled out to their flagship location in Primrose Hill.
