INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
We as a design studio do a lot of research and due diligence for every project. This is needed specifically for interior architecture projects where one requires extension of spaces, structural amendments to optimize spaces, building regulations, licence to alter, planning permissions etc. We also work on projects which that require listed building consent. Areas which require special expertise in the project, we collaborate with various companies who are pioneered in advance technologies, M&E, lighting and AV design to achieve state-of-the-art spaces. Not only high-end residential and hospitality projects, we have experience and expertise delivering projects in retail, offices and wellness sector projects too.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our strong background in the design and construction industry, helps us to manage various kinds of projects in best possible way. We have an experience and knowledge required to inspect and supervise the execution of any site for any scale of the project. We ensure to deliver right from the conceptual level of design to tendering through our design services but also are able to manage and inspect the site to make sure that our design gets implemented on the site accurately. Through our project management services, we make sure that monitoring the site-works being done by contractors are of highest specifications and craftsmanship. As we know that there is a big gap in the market especially for the end user clients, the challenges in dealing with the complications and dilemmas that can occur during the process, our aim is to resolve all of these difficulties on behalf of our clients.
FF&E DESIGN & PROCUREMENT
A key part of any project is the FF&E design. Be is soft furnishing or bespoke joinery, it requires special skills and craftsmanship to choose the correct finishes, colours, textures and forms to enhance it's surroundings and as a whole space and design scheme it has to appeal aesthetically and functionally both. With our experience and connections in the luxury design industry, we work with master craftsmen, joiners and furniture suppliers to achieve the best design possible for every project. Depending on our clients' need, we create a fully bespoke FF&E design to suit their budget. We provide full FF&E design, procurement and installation service with attention to detail and craftsmanship. As a responsible luxury interior design studio, we advocate not using any animal products in our projects, materials such as leather, animal fur and also any material which is harmful to the environment or the natural world.
Amit Dixit Design is a Contemporary Luxury Interior Design Studio based in Mayfair, London. Before establishing the practice in 2017, our founder & director 'Amit Dixit' has worked with many high-end design studios as a senior designer and a few luxury residential developers’ in-house teams as a Design Director, overseeing some of the ultra-high-end interior and architectural projects in Prime Central London, the UK and Internationally.
We offer services in the luxury residential, hospitality, retail, offices and wellness sectors. Our focus is on building a strong client relationship so that we can tailor to individual requirements. With the amplified experience and amidst of rapidly evolving industry we are able to deliver high-quality design and achieve bespoke design language required for individual clients, besides the start to finish interior and architectural design services. Our journey of the project starts with our client's brief and we build our design around their vision. Our design is not driven by any trends or styles, in fact we believe every project requires a unique design approach and reflect our client's lifestyle. We find opportunities in the most complex projects and give highest attention to space planning as we believe it is a blue print of any project.
