Located under the historic railway arches in the heart of Camden Town’s vibrant redevelopment, Gnocchi Bar is a concept born from the intersection of minimalist efficiency and local street culture. As a fast-serving restaurant with a focal display kitchen, the design needed to be as agile as the service.

We merged a clean, minimalist aesthetic with the bold, eclectic spirit of Camden’s pop art scene, creating a space that feels both modern and rooted in its iconic location. Sustainability was at the forefront of our material choices, most notably in the bespoke reclaimed oak chipping countertops with green pigmented surface, which provide a unique terrazzo-style finish. To combat the challenges of the dark, low-ceilinged archway, we designed a signature shallow drum light cluster to flood the space with warmth and brightness. As Gnocchi Bar expands across the city, we are proud to continue our journey as their lead design partners.
