Set within a prestigious private estate, Hampstead Heath House is a masterclass in grand-scale residential design. The project began with the demolition of an existing 4,000 sq. ft. property, replaced by a magnificent 13,000 sq. ft. Georgian-inspired estate, complete with a detached annex and extensive garaging.

Our team was commissioned to lead the interior architecture and design, with a mandate to bridge the gap between heritage and modernity. The result is a “Contemporary Georgian” aesthetic—where classical proportions and architectural details meet clean, modern lines. Beyond the living quarters, the residence is a hub of wellness and entertainment, featuring a private gym, cinema, games room, bar, and a world-class spa suite with a large indoor swimming pool.
