Located in the heart of High Street Kensington, our team was appointed by a boutique developer to transform a dated, character apartment into an “uber-luxury” residence. The goal was simple: set a new benchmark for quality and value within Iverna Court.

To achieve this, we executed a bold structural redesign, sacrificing one small bedroom to create a sprawling Master Suite complete with a bespoke dressing room and master ensuite. We addressed the typical constraints of mansion block living by widening the narrow hallways and installing double sliding pocket doors, instantly improving the flow of natural light between the dining and kitchen-breakfast areas. This meticulous attention to detail, paired with bespoke joinery and integrated smart-home systems, resulted in a record-breaking sale price—the highest ever achieved in the history of Iverna Court.
