This project involved the transformation of a secluded modern house located within an office block complex on Spaniards Road, overlooking Hampstead Heath. Originally in a severely derelict condition, the property was unsuitable for sale and required a comprehensive strategy to unlock its full potential.

Our role was to define and manage a clear schedule of works that would restore the house while introducing a refined modern and luxurious character. Internally, the spaces were reimagined and maximised through careful planning, the interplay of natural and artificial lighting, bespoke luxury lighting solutions, linen wallpapers for a soft tactile finish, and minimalist furniture that enhanced the sense of understated elegance.

Externally, the previously unused rear swimming pool was repurposed into a tranquil outdoor oasis. The new design features a fireplace and cosy lounge seating, creating a warm and inviting environment that seamlessly extends the living spaces outdoors.

The result is a sophisticated and contemporary home, brought back to life with a timeless sense of luxury and comfort, ready to re-enter the market at its full value.
