Luxury Apartments | Mayfair
A large House in Mayfair for our clients, we converted it into 3 apartments scheme with further extensions to gain a large number of sqft area on the rear. The challenge was to bring order to the rear of the building as well as taking care of the impact of the extension on the neighboring properties.
We helped our clients with full planning and design development for the entire scheme. All the apartments are very minimalist in design with fine detailing throughout.
