A large House in Mayfair for our clients, we converted it into 3 apartments scheme with further extensions to gain a large number of sqft area on the rear. The challenge was to bring order to the rear of the building as well as taking care of the impact of the extension on the neighbouring properties.
We helped our client with full planning and design development for the entire scheme. All the apartments are very minimalist in design with fine detailing throughout.
Luxury Apartment

A lateral apartment is a realisation of one of our main developer clients in central London. The property is a true definition of luxury in the contemporary design world. The original property was 4 bedrooms compromised spaces, which we redefined into 3 generous bedrooms with Master Ensuite and Master Dressing for the main bedroom and plenty of storage with state of the art design and furnishings throughout.
Luxury Residential Tower

One of the most prestigious projects we have been part of in changing the skyline of London is One Blackfriars Tower. Working as part of the team of Ian Simpson Architects, we were implementing a design brief of the design team appointed by St George's.
The 45 storey tower consists of luxury apartments right from Manhattan suites to a unique 5 story Penthouse. Our role was to help the architects' team with marketing suites and entire fit-outs of all the apartments in coordinating with the facade team as well. We were part of the project from the year 2012 to 2013, to facilitate it for the next stages of the construction phase.
Avondale Road,
Croydon
Avondale Road is a quiet street in Croydon with Georgian-style large terraced houses on both sides
of the street. Our clients approached us to help them in achieving their vision of creating interior
spaces to suit their modern lifestyle but with a classic twist and dark colours with contrast to create
a luxurious interior.
With dark panelling, feature flooring and contracting
and vibrant colours, the whole design comes together with smooth-flowing spaces throughout.
One Bishop Gate Plaza

Next to the iconic Heron tower, the newly built One Bishop Gate off Liverpool Street is a luxury residential and hospitality tower. The lower half of the tower is a five-star Pan Asian hotel and the top half of the tower consists of contemporary luxury residential apartments.
As part of the design team of PLP Architecture, we were involved in the full interior design fit-out of the residential part of the tower as well as the hospitality part of it as well. (For the hospitality side of the project, refer to our hospitality section of the projects page).
Celebrity Home
Chelsea, London
This is our first celebrity home project for a confidential international celebrity's family home in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is an ultra-high-end refurbishment project which required major rear extension, interior architecture, landscape design & FF&E design.
The project is under construction now and the completion is expected in October 2021.
Cotswold Cottage
Gloucestershire, UK
The 18th century Cotswolds stone-built cottage of our client was in a state of ruins when we were first appointed for the project. The challenge was to bring this cottage back to life with a modern lifestyle.
We carried out full demolition works internally and also reconfigured landscaping in the front and rear of the cottage to start with. To retain the balance between modern and country style, we restored all original oak beams as well as exposed stone walls and feature elements throughout.
Holland Park Mansion
London
Another of our new ongoing projects is a large Mansion House in the beautiful area of Holland Park in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is for a confidential UHNW client of ours.
The building is a Grade-2 Listed building and requires a full refurbishment. Recently we have acquired a listed building consent and planning from the RBKC and are in the first stage of the design process.
